xchanges can be made for READY TO WEAR items only. Any exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving (tracking number says delivered) the item. The item can not be sent back and exchanged if the product looks worn or is not in the same condition as it was sent out. As long as upon arrival of the return we have the item requested in stock it can be exchanged or it will be a store credit to your order. Store credit lasts 2 weeks. To which you would contact us before purchasing again so we can add the credit to your order, no store credit cards.

All pieces are shipped via USPS. Once your item leaves the boutique, delivery is in the hands of USPS. 

Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS. 

Client is able to pay for a different shipping such as Fedex, or UPS for an additional charge, once a purchase through the website has been made.      

All Payments for any COLBY BUTLER apparel are through this website, we do not accept payments through cash app, Western Union, Etc. or any other payment service.
